Just pointing out as I found out this the hard way,
if you're booting on OS 8+ it's not going to boot correctly.

1. Need to go from UEFI to Legacy Mode in BIOS, and turn off secure boot.
2. It most likely won't boot anyways since it's not working with windows 8
3. Burn Hirens CD to a USB
4. Boot it up and open mini windows xp
5. Open disk cryptor
6. Click on your drive, click 'mount' then 'decrypt' type in your password and wait.
7. If you messed with the bios at all turn it back to default settings.
8. You're back to normal
9. If you can't boot hirens mini xp on your windows 8(driver problems), you will have to take your HDD out and put in in another laptop or adapter to load it from
a different pc.
10. I had to take out my HDD from my Lenovo laptop, put it in my Toshiba laptop... they both used the same but my Toshiba used a older bios and I booted it with USb and then decrypted it, took 8 hours but it worked.
11. Still looking for something to encrypt my win 8
