dual boot windows 7 and linux both encrypted

Hello, i have windows7(not encrypted)and ubuntu(full encrypted). I want full encrypt also windows 7, there may be problems or conflicts between the two operating systems? I should make special configurations for the bootloader?
as authentication if I choose a key file on usb pen drive I have more than possibility not have problems?

partitions of my hard disk:

C: (300 gb, ntfs, windows7)
100 mb (reserved for system, for boot windows 7)

300 gb (ubuntu, partition primary)
245 mb (for boot ubuntu)
