I would still avoid this release if you have Win8.  I installed it 2 days ago figuring that it would just work - no special instructions came with it.  I wasn't able to boot after encrypting my volumes.  After about 6 hours of trying to make a bootable recovery disk, I'm still no further ahead in getting my system back.

Did you encrypt the system and boot partitions with the same password? This is a requirement to boot, if one is different than the other it will always fail. I too was unable to create a recovery ISO. I can make a bootloader as that is super easy from the program but that bootable PE system will not create no matter how I try.

jason1234, I think you may be able to get the system back by using Diskcryptor to decrypt it from another computer.  You presumably would have to remove the hard drive from the locked computer and attach it externally to a computer that runs Diskcryptor.  Good luck with the recovery.

My last post got deleted but here again. I don't think thiis yet supports Windows 8.1.   I installed this version and try to encrypt C:. After entering my password diskcryptor gives the following error:

Error start encrypt volume [C:]
Error code: 15

Can anyone help with this error? How do I make it work for Windows 8.1.
